Garnier Men is the leading face wash brand in India. With new competitors entering the market and taking a share from our pie, we decided to convert age-old habitual soap for face users to face wash. As a large section of Indian Men largely use the family soap for their face.
We did the same through some engaging videos online leading to a pledge to say no to soap.
The strategy was simple. It’s not HYGIENIC to use same soap for face and rest of the body. The online videos hit a 10 million views within a couple of weeks. And Garnier Men stayed the champions that they are and we communicated the same through offline media.
